You may access student 1098-T tax information online via your student account. 

After logging in:

1. Select the "Student" tab.
2. Select "Student Records".
3. Select "Tax Notification".
4. Enter the tax year desired.
5. Submit.

If your student Banner access has expired (usually due to graduating or no longer attending at sa¹ú¼Ê´«Ã½¹ÙÍøÍøÒ³Èë¿Ú) and you attended sa¹ú¼Ê´«Ã½¹ÙÍøÍøÒ³Èë¿Ú within the last three semesters (including summer), you will need to contact sa¹ú¼Ê´«Ã½¹ÙÍøÍøÒ³Èë¿Ú’s IT services department at 706-864-1922 or helpdesk@ung.edu to request to have your account temporarily restored so that you can access your 1098-T form. 

Once your access is restored, please follow the steps above. 

If sa¹ú¼Ê´«Ã½¹ÙÍøÍøÒ³Èë¿Ú IT is unable to restore your access, please contact the sa¹ú¼Ê´«Ã½¹ÙÍøÍøÒ³Èë¿Ú Business Office at business.office@ung.edu.
