You may access student 1098-T tax information online via your student account. 

After logging in:

1. Select the "Student" tab.
2. Select "Student Records".
3. Select "Tax Notification".
4. Enter the tax year desired.
5. Submit.

Banner accounts remain valid for 3 semesters after leaving sa¹ú¼Ê´«Ã½¹ÙÍøÍøÒ³Èë¿Ú (by graduating or no longer attending). If you attended within this time, you can directly. Follow the instructions there to be able to login to Banner, then follow the steps above to retrieve your tax form.

If you last attended sa¹ú¼Ê´«Ã½¹ÙÍøÍøÒ³Èë¿Ú more than 3 semesters ago, please contact the sa¹ú¼Ê´«Ã½¹ÙÍøÍøÒ³Èë¿Ú Business Office directly at business.office@ung.edu or by calling 706-864-1409. Please be ready to provide your sa¹ú¼Ê´«Ã½¹ÙÍøÍøÒ³Èë¿Ú ID number and additional details for assistance.
