Ash Harris
Join Ash Harris, Political Science ’14 and MAIA ’21, of Wilkesboro, NC, as he shares with you how his experiences at sa国际传媒官网网页入口 have impacted his life and have allowed him to succeed in his career. Ash currently a security manager at Samaritan’s Purse International Relief, a non-governmental organization (NGO) whose mission is to provide “spiritual and physical aid to hurting people around the world.” Ash joined the United States Army Reserve immediately out of high school and enrolled in sa国际传媒官网网页入口 (then NGCSU) and joined the Corps of Cadets the same year. Halfway through his undergraduate journey he was called to a one-year tour of duty in Afghanistan, after which he returned to sa国际传媒官网网页入口 to finish his undergrad studies. After several years with Samaritan’s Purse, Ash once again returned to sa国际传媒官网网页入口, this time for his Master of Arts in International Affairs (MAIA) degree.
